Once again lovers collected at the Messe Berlin fairgrounds, world renowned for organizing international trade fairs and conventions. The Hochzeitswelt from 12 November to 13 November, 2011 is the biggest and well known wedding fair. A large number of exhibitors from within Germany as well as all over the world participated in the fair. It provided a platform for exhibiting latest wedding related items and services at one place. Though the focus was on wedding couples yet buyers and importers are expected arrived at the fair making it the ideal platform for exhibitors to interact with their clients and showcase their products internationally.

As expected over two hundred exhibitors participated in Hochzeitswelt. In addition to this manufacturers and wedding show organizers also registered their presence. Booths were available in two sizes the smaller booths being a marketplace for small items. Among the exhibits available were products related to weddings such as wedding jewelry, wedding dresses, shoes, albums invitations, wedding gifts and of course fashion shows. The Hochzeitswelt occupied a space of about 10,000 sq m in three exhibition halls providing an idyllic place for lovers to plan their wedding on a grand scale.

The success of any fair depends on the visitors that come there and this fair was no exception. This was the eighth time when lovers collected under the radio tower to plan their unique wedding. The fair provides inspiration, entertainment as well as shopping for all those who wished to make their marriage a unique and special event. The exhibition center was in the middle of Berlin which is well connected by public transportation allowing visitors easy access from any corner.
The Hochzeitswelt had everything that one can possibly need for a marriage. It was a world meant just for those who were lost in their dreams of a perfect wedding. An ideal place to be with your loved one and your family and guests to plan the most important day of your life.
Along with shopping there were so many more things such as beauty and hairstyling tips, wedding dress and evening dress shows that allowed a glimpse of trends to come in 2012, exhibitions of huge bridal bouquets, wedding rings, shoes, wedding gifts, candles, catering, music selections and so on. The list is almost endless and has to be experienced; it cannot be put in words. There was even a film on wedding transportation, an exceptional wedding carriage to take the bridal couple in style.
The fair included workshops on wedding related topics addressing concerns of brides regarding makeup and hairstyle. There were even entertainment points for men where they could relax, play video games or chat with other would be grooms as their brides went on shopping for their wedding finery. Among other events organized, was a contest to choose the dream wedding couple conducted by the firm “Die Wunderwerkstadt”. The fair included every big and small item and service that is required to make a wedding a memorable event for the wedding couple and their guests.
